I’ve creatively (and clumsily) dismantled obstacles to find opportunities – super excited to support your journey and get the un-important stuff on the map or out of the way so you can focus on the real-work.
Having facilitated executive leaders and teams for over 20 years, I’ve encountered a common challenge: the mayhem of conflicting projects and priorities, with notifications flagging everything as overdue.
To tackle this issue, I designed the foundation of Thrive Panda PM, by introducing the P.A.N.D.A Prioritization Framework – Our approach to strategic prioritization, program and program management.
