The Red Panda, known as ‘fire foxes’ in Nepal, China, and the Himalayas, symbolizes blessings, compromise, patience, charm, and cleverness—yet undeniably feral when needed. It’s all cute and clever until it’s ‘huff-quack’ GO TIME!!

As a career executive assistant and business manager with a bit of a  ‘magical’ path  of my own,😅 I’ve always embraced a clever but slightly wild approach to learning, life, career, and prioritization – much like the red panda navigating the complexities of its environment, and sometimes its otherworldliness to it. #neurodingos

Backed by two decades of supporting C-suite teams from $1M to $1B+, observing their triumphs and challenges, I recognized the gap traditional project managers often face in fulfilling the role of a chief of staff or project manager to an executive team. 

…Oh! And demand…demand for ‘help with this weird project for this executive I know…’ connections I’ve had the great joy to get involved in, time to CEO-up my own mess up here and ‘make it a thing.’
